Winton House and Estate offer some exquisite and unusual backdrops as a film location or TV location near Edinburgh. Originally a fifteenth century castle, Winton still retains many of its original treasures, yet is equipped with broadband and enough power to host a rock concert. We provide on-site catering and always have a flexible attitude towards the producer’s requirements.
Recent productions filmed here include 'Sugh en Eoma' (The Story of Whisky) for television on STV and 'The Century that Made us', a BBC documentary.
