They prepare delicious meals using local produce such as Winton beef, game birds, venison, chicken, lamb, fruit and vegetables, hand-baked organic bread and Belhaven trout.

These popular meals are accompanied by mouth-watering European and New World wines, Glenkinchie malt whiskies, Brammle liqueurs, Belhaven beers and rich coffees and teas from Brodie's of Musselburgh. This strong East Lothian theme continues with our local musicians who include pipers, bands and Clarsach players.
