Rates for Corporate Dinners.

We have set out below the all inclusive prices p/p for dinners in a marquee for up to 160 guests and up to 250 guests. It is also possible for us to accommodate 400 guests. Using the activity field just 150 metres from the house we could accommodate 800 plus in a marquee.

Dinner Rates

Dinner and exclusive use of the house & grounds in the evening 7pm – Midnight or beyond

 

• Dinner, set meal:

• 3 course £120p/p plus vat.
• 4 course £130p/p  plus vat (if having address to haggis and taster count as 4 course).

• Below 30 guests add minimum facility fee of £500 plus vat.
• These costs also include any additional hire of cutlery/crockery etc for larger groups within the house, all table decorations and flowers in front hall.
• Piper on arrival.
• Miniature to accompany tasting glass as thank you to each guest.

 

Marquee Dinner Options

 

• For 100-160 guests in a marquee for dining only:

• 3 course set meal £135p/p plus vat.
• 4 course set meal £145p/p plus vat.

• includes all additional hire items.
• For 160-250 guests in a marquee for dining & option of Ceilidh in marquee.
• 3 course set meal £140p/p plus vat.
• 4 course set meal £150p/p plus vat.   

 

What is included?

 

• Return coach travel from Edinburgh city centre.
• Private tour of the house & welcome with the owner Sir Francis Ogilvy (subject to availability).
• Whisky (Glenkinchie) or Champagne (Moutard) reception. All soft drinks.
• Wines with the meal based on 1/2 bottle per head, some flexibility. 
• Please see our updated wine list, extensive choice within the inclusive list to suit all tastes. Though the reliability of Laroche shines through.   
• Brodies coffee & tea, homemade chocolates/shortbread and local Liqueurs (Brammle) and whisky (Glenkinchie) as usual guests are able to help themselves to the liqueurs & whisky in the King Charles room.
• We can also provide a full bar if required, cash/tab or invoice. Please ring to discuss.
• Beyond midnight there is an additional fee of £300.00 plus vat per hour.
• A vast array ofentertainment can be arranged from Jazz duos to Fireworks over the Loch. Like everything else we try to ensure all the entertainers we work with are great quality and reflect the Winton feel.
