Private Parties
Winton was designed for entertaining.
Winton offers great variety for private events, whether small or big family celebrations, special birthdays or anniversaries. The House is provided on an exclusive basis so it is all yours for the duration of your event!
Formal Dinners
Dinner and exclusive use of the house & grounds in the evening from 7pm - Midnight or later:
- Dinner, set meal:
- 3 course £125 per person
- 4 course £135 per person
- Below 30 guests add minimum facility fee of £600.
- These costs also include any additional hire of cutlery/crockery etc for larger groups within the house, all table decorations and flowers in the Front Hall.
So what is included?
- Whisky (Glenkinchie) or Champagne (Moutard) reception. All soft drinks.
- Wines with the meal based on 1/2 bottle per head, some flexibility.
- Please see our updated wine list, extensive choice within the inclusive list to suit all tastes. The reliability of Laroche shines through.
- Brodies coffee & tea, homemade chocolates/shortbread and local Liqueurs (Brammle) and whisky (Glenkinchie). As usual, guests can help themselves to the liqueurs & whisky in the King Charles room.
- We can also provide a full bar if required, cash/tab or invoice. Please ring to discuss.
- Beyond midnight there is an additional fee of £350 per hour.
- A vast array of entertainment can be arranged from Jazz duos to Fireworks over the Loch. Like everything else we try to ensure all the entertainers we work with are great quality and reflect the Winton feel.
Other Options
- The Grand Buffet, same price as the 3 course set dinner and includes all of the above.
- The Party buffet or BIG finger food in the style of a standing fork buffet ie tables will not be laid out as if for a formal dinner, includes wine reception and wine to accompany the food, based on a bottle per person, all soft drinks, tea and coffee. Flowers in front hall. £75.00 per person.
- Drinks reception & canapés.
- Includes a choice of wines form the inclusive list and canapés.
- Flowers in the Front Hall. £40.00 per person.
Daytime Options
- Exclusive use of the house & grounds from 12noon to 5pm.
- The Grand buffet or 3 course set sit down lunch, includes a glass of fizz, on arrival, wine ½ bottle per person, soft drinks, tea coffee after lunch. Flowers in front hall. £70.00per person .
- Below 30 guests a minimum facility fee required. £350.00.
