We can now offer Champagne tasting to inject some extra sparkle into your wine tasting experience, and we have it on good authority that this is perfect for winding down after an afternoon of energetic, outdoor Winton activities.

We can lay on a delicious range of wines and Champagnes from the Old and New World. Some of Winton’s favourites include Gold and Silver Medal and Trophy Award winning varieties from the French vineyards of Michel Laroche, ‘the king of Chablis’, leading wine producers since 1850 and now served in many of the best Michelin star restaurants around the world.

You will learn the basics of grape varieties, why the size of bubbles is important and how to read a label. You can even test your taste buds with blind tastings on some of the world’s best known French Champagne houses:  Krug, Louis Roederer’s Cristal, vintage Dom Perignon, Veuve Cliquot La Grand Dame, and more.

Wine and Champagne tastings can be…

  • Customised for you by country, grape, style, New or Old World.
  • Based on a combination of sparkling, red, white and dessert wines.
  • Served with cheese, fruit or, the ultimate, chocolate!

To book your wine and Champagne tasting, please contact Morag on 01875 340222 or complete the enquiry form.
