When entering this room, one is forced almost to step back 500 years. Atmosphere oozes from the six foot thick walls which once housed the fifteenth century kitchen. The Vaulted Cellar was recently brought back to life after being a workshop and wine cellar for over a century. It is now used for intimate dinners, break-out sessions for business conferences and team-building, breakfast meetings and wine and whisky tastings!
